If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 14 days from delivery to return most items.
The basics
- Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Bespoke or personalised made-to-order pieces can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
How to start a return
Email us at the address on our Contactpage with your order number and which items you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll send instructions and a return address. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping is refunded for faulty or incorrect items. If your order hasn't arrived yet, track it on the Order tracking page.
