1. About us

We offer thoughtfully designed home & lifestyle pieces, made to order in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nortexis OÜ, and "you" refers to the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Your account

You may browse as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under it.

You must give accurate, current information and let us know promptly if any of it changes. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the selected pieces. We will send an acknowledgement of your order, but a binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the pieces.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the pieces is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We take reasonable care to price pieces correctly, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of pieces you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment is taken securely through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been authorised.

5. Delivery

We will deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the pieces passes to you on delivery.

Any delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown before you confirm your order.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer, you may cancel an eligible order and return the pieces within 14 days of receiving it, in unused and resalable condition with any original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Some pieces may be exempt from return for hygiene, safety or personalisation reasons; any such exceptions are noted on the relevant product page. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights in relation to pieces that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

7. Product information and availability

We take care to describe and picture our pieces accurately, but slight variations in colour and detail can occur. All pieces are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, images, logos and the hemma name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, that were not caused by our breach, or that arise from your own misuse of the pieces. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it. Please check this page for the current version.
